More Information

Infinite 3D are delighted to be involved with the presentation imagery for the conversion of Albion House in Liverpool, the former headquarters of the White Star Shipping Line, into a contemporary hotel by Liverpool-based Signature Living.Named ’30 James Street’ by owner Bruce Ismay, and completed in 1898 the building, designed by architects Richard Norman Shaw and J. Francis Doyle was built for the Ismay, Imrie and Company shipping company (which later became the White Star Line) and is now Grade II Listed.

Owner Lawrence Kenwright reflects “My view is to create a Hotel that has never been created before, a hotel with a history like no other, each room will be totally bespoke, with a definitive history specific to that room. The historical past that alines itself to 30 James Street, is breathtaking, Norman Shaw, Titanic, Ismay, J.P.Morgan and the Cunard, to name but a few. Then there is the History between the Cunard and the White Star, which is breathtaking, they were so finely tuned to each other, that when one jumped the other jumped higher.”
