Conceptual sketches and outline plans can be translated into informative imagery that can aid communication between designer and client, or provide the basis for an initial informal conversation with regulatory or funding bodies.

These images can be low detail massing diagrams, or convincing renders that show how a concept scheme may ultimately develop. We utilize our architectural background and, where necessary, can produce successful imagery from little more than rough sketches and precedent images.

In addition to rendered perspective views, models can be suitable for producing accurate textured 2D elevations, ‘lid-off’ views showing internal arrangement, or stylized site plans showing elements of a scheme sitting upon a location plan drawing.

Most final renders allow a number of post production techniques which enable images to appear as though produced using natural media, such as pencil or watercolour. Although not ideal for certain schemes, these images can be particularly effective for the domestic market.
