City Walk, on Love Lane in Liverpool, is a contemporary mixed-use development by Habitia Group, designed by BDP Architects. The scheme takes a strategic urban design approach to regenerating part of the city’s historic Vauxhall district through the adaptive reuse of former railway arches and the creation of a new linear park.

Comprising four buildings of between nine and eleven storeys, the development delivers 507 apartments just north of the city centre and east of Bramley-Moore Dock. A 200-metre linear park forms the spine of the scheme, connecting residential, commercial and leisure uses while reinforcing the site’s industrial character.
