BAM secured the second bundle of facilities within Ireland’s Higher Education PPP Programme, a major initiative delivering state-of-the-art educational infrastructure nationwide.

This PPP will provide advanced STEM and learning facilities across five campuses, creating modern environments that support contemporary teaching, learning and research. The bundle includes developments at South East Technological University (Waterford and Carlow), Technological University of the Shannon (Limerick), and Atlantic Technological University (Letterkenny and Galway).

The new buildings range from STEM and IT facilities to libraries and general teaching spaces, significantly strengthening capacity in engineering, computing, science and applied technologies.

Delivered under the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science PPP programme, the project is expected to generate lasting economic and social value while supporting Ireland’s long-term education goals.
