The King Edward Triangle is a £1 billion, seven-acre mixed-use development located between King Edward Street, Bath Street and Paisley Street on the Liverpool waterfront. TJ Morris subsidiary KEIE is working in collaboration with Beetham Organisation and architects Brock Carmichael to transform the former industrial estate into a major new city quarter.
Infinite 3D initially produced a large-scale waterfront photomontage, viewed from the Wirral shoreline, illustrating the ambition and scale of the proposals, including a tower exceeding 50 storeys. Hugh Frost of Beetham noted that the image signals an intention to deliver a scheme of international significance, capturing the market’s imagination as the masterplan evolves.
Infinite 3D later prepared a series of planning montages for the first phase at 12–14 Waterloo Road, formerly the site of Bacchus Taverna. Described as a “pathfinder development”, the scheme will deliver 255 one- and two-bedroom apartments within a 28-storey building, establishing a benchmark for the wider site.
