FCH - Great Homer Street
Great Homer Street in Liverpool will soon be unrecognisable, as further planning applications were recently granted to Falconer Chester Hall, near the £150m Project Jennifer development, for a set of all new apartment blocks.
Working on behalf of London-based Soller Group, the granted application will see 277 flats spread across 3 buildings of 9 storeys each, with 121 basement parking spaces planned to accommodate residents. Of the 277 apartments, 178 will be one-bedroom, while 99 will be two-bedroom units. The three towers will also boast roof terraces, garden rooms and communal facilities. The permission for this scheme was given at the same meeting that the Lark Lane Conservation Area residential scheme was granted planning permission, which is yet another victory in a string of successes for FCH.
