Brock Carmichael - City Hive/Princes Dock
Infinite 3D are pleased to have worked on the latest in Liverpool’s waterfront regeneration schemes, producing a set of striking CG images for Brock Carmichael’s City Hive tower block, as part of Liverpool Waters. The 31-storey apartment block forms part of the £5.5bn development scheme currently underway, from Peel Group.
Having recently submitted their planning application, the Brock Carmichael’s scheme will house 278 private apartments, which will be made available for rent, a roof-top restaurant, as well as a ground floor bistro, bar and concierge services available 24 hours of the day.
Liverpool mayor Joe Anderson said, ‘High quality housing is essential for economic growth. Developments like this, in a stunning waterfront location, are crucial is we are to attract and retain the kin doc talent which will fuel that growth.’
Current estimations claim that the building could be completed in as little as two years, eventually being presented as part of the Hive brand, from Your Housing Group.
