Dee Hills Park - Lister Carter
Chester’s prestigious Dee Hills Park area is set to receive a set of brand-new apartments, worth roughly £1 million each.
The luxury apartments, from developers Lister Carter, overlook the river Dee, and each has their own private balcony at the rear. The project comes as part of the renovation of a Grade-II listed Georgian house.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments come fitted with a SieMatic kitchen and a living room with balcony access. The scheme also features two penthouse properties, which will offer up an extra bathroom and bedroom. There will be ten apartments in total, once the project is completed on the privileged position of Chester’s riverbanks.
Lister Carter have established a reputation for designing and developing luxurious private residencies, with schemes previously completed in Wales, Bath, London and New York City.
